First Presbyterian Church of Strasburg, 101 S. Decatur St., will host Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University, a nine-week financial planning program. Classes will take place on Tuesdays, March 5 to April 30, at 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
The classes, facilitated by Mark Feiler, will include information on household budgets, savings, insurance, and credit. Attendees will learn new behaviors concerning money that are founded on commitment and accountability.
Financial Peace University was started in 1995 by Dave Ramsey, a personal money management expert. Ramsey is also a syndicated radio talk show host and an author.
FPU is open to the public, but there is a fee for the course materials and advance registration is required. Child care will be provided.
