More than 25 retailers throughout central Pennsylvania are uniting to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) raise funds to help transform the lives of those with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related muscle-debilitating diseases by participating in the MDA Shamrocks program through the end of April. Participating retailers invite customers to join them in the St. Patrick's Day fundraising program by adding a paper shamrock (pinup) to their purchase at checkout for a set amount or a larger contribution or by rounding up their purchase.
