Michael and Kolene Rains of York have announced the engagement of their daughter, Emilee Q. Richardson of Locust Grove, Va., to Lukas A. Miller of Locust Grove, Va.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of Jason and Hope Richardson of York. She graduated from West York Area High School in 2012 and California University of Pennsylvania in 2016. She is employed by Orange County Public Schools in Orange, Va.
Mr. Miller is the son of Tina Santos of Hanover. He graduated from Southwest Area High School in 2013 and California University of Pennsylvania in 2017. He is employed by Culpeper County Public Schools in Culpeper, Va.
A July wedding is planned.
