On Tuesday, Feb. 26, a Preschool Meet-Up, designed for children ages 3 to 5 with a caregiver, will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and older and younger siblings are welcome. Attendees may gather in the Early Literacy Lab and play.
On Wednesday, Feb. 27, a Toddler Meet-Up, designed for children ages 1 to 3 with a caregiver, will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Study Buddies will meet on Feb. 27 from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. The guided study program is for elementary-age children ages 5 to 10 in need of extra guided help in spelling or reading. Students will be able to practice spelling and reading skills with help from volunteers, and they should bring their spelling or vocabulary list or a book to read. The program is limited to eight participants per week, so individuals should preregister by contacting the library or visiting the website. Walk-ins will be welcome as the group size allows.
On Thursday, Feb. 28, Parachute Play, for children ages 1 to 3 with a caregiver, will take place from 10 to 10:30 a.m. The program will feature fun with a parachute, plus games, songs and rhymes. Parachute Games, for children ages 3 to 6 with a caregiver, will take place from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.
The Teen Anime Club will meet on Friday, March 1, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Adult Dungeons and Dragons Club will meet from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 2. Adults age 18 and up are invited to play the role-playing game.
