Penn State Extension, in collaboration with Virginia Tech, will offer an eight-week strength training and nutrition class to help men and women age 40 and older improve their strength, flexibility, bone density, and stamina. LIFT Nutrition and Strength Training classes are now open for registration.
A free informational meeting will be held on Monday, March 25, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Training Room at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster. All new registrants are required to attend.
Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, April 1 to May 22, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Classes will be held in the Training Room at the Farm and Home Center.
