Lititz recCenter, 301 W. Maple St., Lititz, has posted its schedule of activities.
The youth basketball season will wrap up with a youth 3-versus-3 basketball tournament on Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9. Girls and boys divisions for third and fourth grades, fifth and sixth grades, middle school, and high school players will be offered. Teams consist of three to five players.
Tournament times are March 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. for high school players and March 9 from 9 a.m. to noon for elementary players. A bus trip to the annual Philadelphia Flower Show is set for March 9. The bus will depart Lititz recCenter at 8 a.m. and leave Philadelphia at 5 p.m. to return to Lititz. The annual Lititz Triathlon will take place on Sunday, Aug. 4. Early registration discounts will be available through Sunday, March 31.
Competitors age 14 and up may participate individually or register a team. The triathlon will feature a 300-meter swim in Lititz Springs Pool, a 15.8-mile bike route through the Lititz countryside, and a 3.1-mile run through nearby residential sections of Lititz. The course is moderately challenging, making the event ideal for participants of all experience levels.

The recCenter will host an open house on Sunday, March 3, and the community is invited. Attendees may use of the recCenter's indoor pools, fitness center, and gymnasiums on March 3 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pickleball courts will also be open for play from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Free massage mini sessions and body composition analysis will also be offered in the morning. New member discount specials will be available.
A new eight-week session for seasonal programs will kick off on Monday, March 4. Spring programs will include swimming lessons for youths and adults and the return of Masters Swimming. The Running and Triathlon Club will meet on Monday evenings into the summer. Pickleball will be offered daily on the indoor courts. Numerous preschool and youth sports, fitness, and fun play programs will be available throughout the spring, and summer camp registration will open in mid-March. Spring will also bring more than 100 weekly scheduled group fitness classes.
At recROC, bouldering and obstacle programs and clinics for people age 8 and up are available weekly or on scheduled Saturdays. Ninja Kids and Parkour will present age-appropriate fitness challenges to youths while ROCFit Warrior will offer unique obstacle and performance workouts for adults.
