Elizabethtown Community Housing and Outreach Services (ECHOS) is partnering with PennState Health Medical Group to provide a #HealthEtown Heart Health Workshop. It will take place on Thursday, Feb. 28, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Community Place on Washington, 61 E. Washington St., Elizabethtown.
This free workshop will provide individuals with education, screening and hands-on activities, with the goal of providing guidance on assessing health risks and developing a plan for living a healthy lifestyle. It will be facilitated by John Field, emeritus professor of medicine and surgery at the Penn State University College of Medicine.
