Widow to Widow - Lancaster will meet on Saturday, March 9, at 10 a.m. in the Legacy Room at Worship Center, 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster.
Physical therapists Ryan Cordell and Ira "Sam" Manalo will present "Everyday Exercises and Body Mechanics." They will discuss and demonstrate exercises designed to help prevent falls and bodily injuries in everyday chores and activities.
