The Parkesburg Library, 105 West St., Parkesburg, will host author Paul Day for a talk and book signing for his new book, "Keepers of the River," on Monday, March 18, at 6:30 p.m.
The book is set primarily among the waters of the northern Chesapeake Bay and relates to hydraulic fracturing and the shale gas industry of Pennsylvania.
