Bruce and Laura Smeltz of Lancaster have announced the engagement of their daughter, Emily Smeltz of East Petersburg, to Stephen Ransing of East Petersburg.
The bride-elect graduated from Manheim Township High School in 2014. She is employed by Emerald Springs Spa, Lancaster.
Mr. Ransing is the son of Greg and Marcia Leibrand of East Petersburg. He graduated from Manheim Township High School in 2013. He is employed by Zephyr Aluminum, Lancaster.
A June wedding is planned.
