The Newcomers and Neighbors of West Chester Club will hold its spring luncheon and fashion show at the Concord Country Club, 1601 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, on Thursday, April 11. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. A three-course lunch will be served at noon. Time will be available to shop from vendors who are selling clothing, purses, scarves, jewelry, scents, lotions, candles, soaps, tea, chocolate, notecards, and more.
