The Downingtown-Thorndale Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold its 74th annual dinner and awards on Thursday, April 25, at the Downingtown Country Club. A social hour will begin at 5 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The 2019 Civic Awards, including Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, and Community Organization of the Year, will be presented.
