The wedding of Rebecca Chalfant and Gregory Shattuck Jr. took place on Oct. 6, 2018, at Rock Ford Plantation in Lancaster. John Hagan officiated at the double-ring ceremony, which took place at 4 p.m.
The bride is the daughter of David and Linda Chalfant of Millersville. She graduated from Penn Manor High School in 2006.
The groom is the son of Cindy and David Harnly of Reinholds and Gregory and Debra Shattuck of Dover. He graduated from Cocalico High School in 2007.
The maid of honor was Madison Smith. The bridesmaids were Kelly Kile and Amanda Titus, sister of the groom. The flower girl was Haley Stover, niece of the groom.
The best man was Austin Judiscak. The groomsmen were Blaine Bowman and Matthew Fetter. The usher was William Chalfant, brother of the bride. The ring bearer was Mason Muckle, nephew of the groom.
Providing music for the ceremony was Elite Entertainment.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride wore a gown of vintage ivory tulle lace over bridal satin fashioned with an off-the-shoulder cap sleeve. The gown had a fitted bodice covered with Swarovski crystal, with a full skirt ending in a cathedral train. The bride wore a single-tier veil of champagne fastened to a Swarovski crystal headpiece.
She carried a bouquet of white roses, various shapes of eucalyptus, baby's breath and various shades of blue and green thistle wrapped in a sage-colored satin ribbon.
The reception took place at Rock Ford Plantation in Lancaster.
After a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple resides in York.
