Columbia Public Library, 24 S. Sixth St., Columbia, will hold the second discussion session focused on the "Columbia 2040" comprehensive plan on Monday, April 22, at 6 p.m. in the community room.
Attendees will be asked to share their ideas and opinions about challenges facing Columbia and how these challenges may be conquered.
