AACA Purchases New Property

On March 19, the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA), based in Hershey, closed a real estate sale for its new headquarters and home for America's Automotive Library. This culminates years of searching for a new home to house the club's offices, antique car collection, and, most importantly, its library, which now houses more than 2,000,000 items and has run out of space.

The new facility covers over six acres, has 35,000 square feet, and is located next to the Hersheypark property. AACA will soon announce a major expansion of its library. The building will not only house the staff and the collections, but it will also be open to the public, and several plans are in the works to make this building interactive with guests. As funds become available, more features will be added.
