West Shore Recreation Commission (WSRec), 507 Fishing Creek Road, Lewisberry, will kick off its 51st summer season with the new 2019 Summer Rec Guide.
In addition, Summer Blast, a half-day morning camp, will be offered on weekdays for children entering grades one to six. Children will take part in playground games such as kickball, wiffleball, nok-hockey, and capture the flag, along with activities related to the weekly theme. Summer Blast will be held at Roof Park and, new in 2019, Goldsboro Park in Goldsboro Borough. Summer Blast Jr. will also be available for children ages 4 to 6.
Registration is open. People who enroll online that day will be entered into a drawing for special prizes.
