The annual banquet and program will be held on Tuesday, May 21, at Hebron Banquet Hall, 701 E. Walnut St., Lebanon. "Birds, Bees and Native Plants" will be presented by Ralph Buckles, a member of the Lancaster County Beekeeper Society. The discussion will focus on easy-to-grow specialty plants, kitchen herbs, hedges, and blooming trees and how they can help both birds and bees. Tastings of different types of honey will be part of the program. There is a cost to attend, and reservations are required by Sunday, May 12.
