LIFT Nutrition and Strength Training Classes for men and women will be offered by Penn State Extension in Lancaster County. The eight-week strength training and nutrition class to help men and women, age 40 and older, improve their strength, flexibility, bone density, and stamina will be held in collaboration with Virginia Tech.
A free informational meeting will be held on Monday, June 3, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Training Room at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster. All new registrants are required to attend.
Classes will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, June 10 to July 31, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Farm and Home Center Training Room. Classes are now open for registration.
