The Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania (EFEPA) will host a free Epilepsy Education Conference on Tuesday, May 21, at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, 101 Champ Blvd., Manheim, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The event is open to the public.
Registration and vendor tables will open at 5:30 p.m. A light dinner will be available.
The conference will feature two guest speakers. Claire Flaherty, Ph.D., neuropsychologist, Penn State Hershey Medical Center, will present "The Brain and Cognitive Health: What You Can Do to Improve Cognitive Function as an Add-On Therapy." Heather D. Harle, M.D., neurologist, Penn Medicine at Lancaster General Health Physicians, will also present during the conference.
