Russ and Lisa Willis of Lititz have announced the engagement of their son Russ A. Willis Jr. of Lancaster to Juliana M. Preto of Lancaster.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Thierry Preto of Lancaster and Janel Kughler of San Antonio. She graduated from Warwick High School in 2012. She is employed by PNC Bank in Lancaster.
Mr. Willis graduated from Warwick High School in 2011. He is employed by Lancaster Asphalt Systems in Lititz.
A May 2020 wedding is planned.
