The Conestoga River District held its districtwide Pinewood Derby race at J.E. Fritz Elementary School on April 6. Pack 83, which meets at the school, hosted the event.
Participants included the top seven racers from each pack within the district. The district includes Packs 19, 28, 30, 54, 58, 76, 82, 83, 88, 91, 92, 101, 105, 134, 148, 172, 268, and 286.
The event highlights one of the most well-known Cub Scouting activities - building and racing a Pinewood Derby car. The event allows packs to come together in friendly competition.
In order, the top 20 finishers included Suzie, Cole, Declan, Braydon, Richard, Christian, Jared, Andrew, Stephen, Chase, Kasen, Zachary, Luke, Joey, Ian, Madison, Aziel, Logan, Nicholas, and Nicolas.
