"Buchanan's America: A Nation Divided," a new orientation film, will debut on Saturday, June 1. The 22-minute film will become a centerpiece of the visitor experience for everyone touring Wheatland, Buchanan's home. Guided tours will follow the viewing of the film.

"Tips for Container Gardening" will be next in the Tanger Arboretum Nature Series on June 1 at 10 a.m. Chris Abel, Lancaster County Master Gardener, will lead the program. Registration will be free for members of the Friends of the Tanger Arboretum.

The next African American Heritage Walking Tour will take place on June 1 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tours will depart from the Lancaster City Visitor Center, 38 Penn Square. Tickets will be available on the day of the tour.

"The Realization of a Beautiful Dream" will continue Living History at Wheatland on June 1, with tours at 1, 2 and 3 p.m. Queen Victoria and Harriet Lane will be portrayed.
