In order to continue to meet the growing needs in the community, Elizabethtown Community Housing and Outreach Services (ECHOS) has consolidated its office spaces into one central location at Community Place on Washington, located at 61 E. Washington St., Elizabethtown. The consolidation will increase collaboration between ECHOS and neighboring agencies to better serve individuals in need.
ECHOS is approaching its third year of serving the northwest region of Lancaster County. The ECHOS mission is to mobilize communities to provide services that prevent and alleviate poverty, and to empower stability.
