Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, 115 E. King St., Lancaster, will host a two-day workshop on "How to Communicate With Diplomacy, Tact, and Credibility" on Thursday, July 18, and Friday, July 19. Participants will gain insights into their communication style and the styles of others, while building skills to clearly and effectively receive and transmit information, ideas, thoughts, feelings, and needs.
The workshop will cover the importance of perception, communication style differences, effective and powerful communication, effective listening skills, and the five factors that make for credible communication. Participants will have the opportunity to master the visual, verbal, and vocal components of effective communication.
