The Library System of Lancaster County has announced that Jesse Rothacker will present another reptile program this summer at local libraries. This year he will offer "Rocketing Reptiles," an interactive animal show featuring lizards, turtles, alligators and snakes.
Programs will be held on Monday, June 24, at 10:30 a.m. at Eastern Lancaster County Library in New Holland, at 2:30 p.m. at Manheim Township Public Library, and at 6:30 p.m. at Lititz Public Library; on Monday, July 1, at 10 a.m. at Salisbury Township Branch Library in Gap, at 1 p.m. at Lancaster Public Library Leola Branch, and at 6:30 p.m. at Peace United Church of Christ, 37 E. Swartzville Road, Denver, sponsored by Adamstown Area Library; on Monday, July 8, at 10:30 a.m. at Moores Memorial Library in Christiana and at 3:30 p.m. at Ephrata Public Library; on Thursday, July 11, at 10:30 a.m, at Milanof-Schock Library in Mount Joy and at 2 p.m. at Elizabethtown Public Library; on Wednesday, July 24, at 10 a.m. at Manheim Community Library and at 1 p.m. at Lancaster Public Library Mountville Branch; on Thursday, July 25, at 10:30 a.m. at Strasburg-Heisler Library and at 2 p.m. at Quarryville Library; on Monday, Aug. 5, at 2 p.m. at Lancaster Public Library and at 6 p.m. at Columbia Public Library; and on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 11:15 a.m. at Pequea Valley Public Library in Intercourse.
