The Eastern York Recreation Authority (EYRA) will offer a "You Are My Sunflower" painting project for people age 13 and up on Tuesday, July 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lower Windsor Township Social Hall. Participants will paint a sunflower on a 12-by-14-inch board, and the program will be fully instructed by The Color Mixer.
