The bakery has also announced new hours: Tuesdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (and open until 8 p.m. on Fourth Friday); and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pies Galore & More is also at Root's Market every Tuesday.
