Fairmount invites the public to a free downsizing and organization seminar, "Making Your Downsize and Retirement Move Easy," on Friday, July 19, at 2 p.m. The seminar will be held in Wheat Ridge Chapel at 333 Wheat Ridge Drive, Ephrata, on the west side of the Fairmount campus. Pete Shaub, a Realtor, auctioneer and owner of A Life Transition Service, will conduct the seminar.
