ValleyView Alliance Church, 200 Alliance Ave., York (Hallam), invites children age 8 and up to register for its free archery mini-camp from Monday, July 22, to Wednesday, July 24, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Children in grades three through six are invited to register for the free science mini-camp on Monday, July 29, and Tuesday, July 30, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
In addition to the camps, organizers Scott and Vicki Barr will hold a "surprise" dinner for campers, their families and community members on Friday, July 26, beginning at 6 p.m. There is no charge to attend, though a freewill offering will be received and registration is requested.
