CASA of Lancaster County provides court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children with the goal of providing every child a safe, nurturing and permanent home. Information sessions on how to become a CASA volunteer will be held on Monday, Aug. 5, at 6 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Church, 140 N. Penn St., Manheim, and on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at noon at Community Action Partnership, 601 S. Queen St., Lancaster.
