Job seekers looking to craft an attention-grabbing resume are invited to a resume-writing series at Kline Library, 530 S. 29th St., Harrisburg. During the first session, to be held on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 3 p.m., library staff members will demonstrate the best practices for writing a compelling resume and show pitfalls to avoid. Attendees can bring their newly created resume to the following session, on Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 3 p.m. Resumes will be reviewed, and improvements will be suggested.
