Milanof-Schock Library, 1184 Anderson Ferry Road, Mount Joy, is collecting new socks and underwear for children and youths in kindergarten through 12th grade who are in need and live in the Donegal School District. The library is accepting the donations on behalf of the Donegal HUB, which is working in conjunction with Rainbow's End Youth Services (REYS Youth Center) and its Backpacks to School campaign. Donations will be given to REYS to assist local families in need of these items. Community members may bring donations to the library during regular hours until Saturday, Aug. 10.
