The Jean Barnett Trone Memorial Library in East Berlin has qualified to be on the list of educational improvement organizations under the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. Pennsylvania businesses can look to this list for approved organizations to receive tax credits in Pennsylvania for their nonprofit donations. Jean Barnett Trone Memorial Library is the first library in the area to be on the list.
