Lighthouse Assembly of God is sponsoring Light the Block on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 4 to 8 p.m. in New Holland Park on the 400 block of Jackson Street. This free event will feature grocery box giveaways, a free dinner, children's "swag bags" and entertainment, live music, and Bible preaching.
The point of the event is to show the love of Jesus. Registration for giveaways will start at 3 p.m.
