The six winners of the Lancaster County Bird Club's (LCBC) Len Eiserer Photo Competition will be honored at the LCBC meeting on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster. The subject was the "Birds of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties."
There were a total of eight youth entries and 38 adult entries. Winners in the youth division are Riley Hess, 11, of Millersville, first prize; Aidyn Zell, 11, of Mount Joy, second prize; and Joshua Binkley, 11, of Mount Joy, third prize. Winners in the adult division are Tony Harnish of Lancaster, first prize; Rick Carlson of Harrisburg, second prize; and Becky Weaber of Newmanstown, third prize. Cash prizes will be awarded. All entries will be on display at the visitor center at MCWMA through Tuesday, Sept. 10.
