VisionCorps Foundation will team up with Over The Edge to host the inaugural Eye Drop 2019 on Friday, Nov. 22. This unique fundraising event will allow fewer than 100 adventurous supporters to rappel 10 stories down the side of Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster in celebration of Lancaster County Community Foundation's 2019 Extraordinary Give. VisionCorps' goal is to raise $100,000 from Eye Drop 2019 to provide preventative, rehabilitative, and employment services to Lancaster County residents experiencing vision loss.
Supporters who wish to rappel must raise a minimum of $1,000. VisionCorps will provide rappellers with their own personal fundraising page to share with friends and family. Eye Drop 2019 is all-inclusive and encourages those who are differently abled to participate.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will support VisionCorps Foundation, the fundraising arm of VisionCorps, whose mission is to empower individuals with vision loss to attain independence.
