The Lancaster Chamber is searching for mentors for its Young Women Discovering Paths and Young Men Discovering Paths programs for the 2019-20 school year. Both programs provide opportunities for local business professionals to provide encouragement and guidance in career exploration to high school juniors from local schools through one-on-one mentoring relationships. Activities include job shadowing and special learning and professional growth opportunities.
