New Creation Community Church, 3005 Emig Mill Road, Dover, will host a scrapbooking event on Saturday, Sept. 14. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The event will provide an opportunity to catch up on overdue scrapbooking. For a fee, attendees will reserve a table and chair and use their photos and supplies to scrapbook. Lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages will be included in the fee.
