Railroad Museum Sets STEAM Event

Educators may now register students for STEAM on the Rails at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, 300 Gap Road, Strasburg, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This new school program is designed for students in kindergarten through grade six to learn about the role of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) in the railroading industry. Students will participate in live demonstrations, as well as activities like discovering how circuit boards work, constructing sections of railroad track, exploring new exhibits, walking aboard the Woodmobile and more.
