Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning (LDHL) recently awarded interest-free loans to 328 Lancaster County students for the 2019-20 school year. The interest-free loans are provided to students who demonstrate financial need, are attending an accredited postsecondary institution and reside in Lancaster County.
Since 1961, LDHL has partnered with donors each year to provide more than $17 million in interest-free loans for Lancaster County residents pursuing higher education.
