Vision Care Ethiopia invites the community to an Ethiopian meal on Saturday, Sept. 21, from noon to 4 p.m. at 53 W. Brandt Blvd., Salunga, in the meeting house lower level.
Vision Care Ethiopia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit humanitarian organization dedicated to helping the Ethiopian people by providing eyeglasses and related training to people in need through the love of Jesus Christ. Used and unused eye glasses have been collected and are being distributed to people in Ethiopia by an optometrist who graduated from Gondar University in Gondar, Ethiopia.
