State Rep. Dave Hickernell and state Sen. Ryan Aument have announced that the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) has approved a grant to allow Mount Joy Borough to proceed with its stormwater basin rehabilitation project to alleviate flooding within the borough.
The project is intended to accomplish three improvements to increase the capacity of the basin.
