The founding executive director of the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records, Terry Mutchler, will conduct a workshop on the state open records and sunshine laws on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Grandview United Methodist Church, 888 Pleasure Road, Lancaster.
The event, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Lancaster County Democratic Committee.
