Corinne Heim, branch vice president of the Exton office of Coldwell Banker Preferred, has announced the office's top affiliated agents and teams for September who achieved more than $1 million in either closed sales or listings according to Bright MLS.
Achieving this distinction were Kate Bailey, Diane Clark, the Joey Ferrell Team, the Kathy Gagnon Team, Jen Hohenberger, Laura Kaplan, and Bela Vora.
According to Bright MLS, the top agent of the month was Laura Kaplan. The Joey Ferrell Team and the Kathy Gagnon Team were honored as the top sales teams of the month.
