Bethany Christian Services of Central Pennsylvania, 1681 Crown Ave., Suite 201, Lancaster, has an immediate need to find families for children from around the world. At a free informational meeting from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, attendees will learn about opportunities for families to adopt children with special needs, with an emphasis on China, South Korea, South Africa and Colombia.
Staff members and adoptive parents will share their experiences and answer questions, and they will present ways to make adoption affordable. Attendees will be eligible to receive an international fee reduction with the submission of a formal application by Tuesday, Dec. 31.
