Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. (AKA), Epsilon Sigma Omega Chapter, and local energy experts will present the AKA Energy Forum, "Energy and Money-Saving Solutions Made Easy," on Saturday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. to noon at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 1721 N. Fifth St., Harrisburg.
Attendees will learn the secrets of savings from experts. The event will include hands-on do-it-yourself take-home solutions, money-saving expert information and advice, energy insights, one-on-ene expert question-and-answer sessions, and a door prize. Attendees will learn practical and easy ways to reduce energy use, save money, and improve sustainability and lifestyle. Attendees may bring their energy bill and enter into the Energy Conservation Award Program.
The event is free and open to the public.
