"We the People: Dream Warriors and the Sampson Brothers" will be staged at 6:30 p.m. Dream Warriors is a collective of artists who believe in pursuing passions, dreams and gifts to better loved ones and communities while also uplifting others. Performers will include the Sampson Brothers, who specialize in Native American dance, hoop dance, flute playing, and digital art; Tanaya Winder, a poet, singer, and songwriter; and Gunner Jules, a rhythm and blues singer-songwriter.
An opening reception for an exhibit by Native American digital artist Samsoche Sampson will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sampson's art strives to promote cultural pride, unity and hope by setting a positive example through art and education.
