Penn State College of Medicine's Department of Humanities Grand Round Lecture will be presented on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Lecture Room A. The college is located at 500 University Drive, Hershey.
Journalist Maya Dusenbery will present "How Gender Bias in Medicine Leaves Women Dismissed, Misdiagnosed, and Sick." Dusenbery is the author of "Doing Harm: The Truth About How Bad Medicine and Lazy Science Leave Women Dismissed, Misdiagnosed, and Sick."
