Christ United Methodist Church of Yorkana, 5 Main St., Yorkana, will host a Renewed Focus Gathering at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, and Sunday, Nov. 10. The gathering will also be held at 8 and 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 10. The theme is "God's Love for Us, Our Love for God, Our Love for Others."
Attendees will gather to hear guest speaker Dennis Derr present God's love in practical ways that minister to the deep needs of the human soul. Derr is a pastor, author, and musician. Contemporary and traditional music will be played.
