The Row House Forum is partnering with The Turning Wheel to host poet Aaron Belz on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. at DogStar Books, 401 W. Lemon St., Lancaster. Belz's fourth book of poems, "Soft Launch," was published in September.
Each month, The Turning Wheel welcomes a featured writer from around the region to share his or her work. After the feature, there will be all-genre open mic time. Attendees may bring poems and short prose pieces to share. Sign up for the open mic time is available on a first-come, first-served basis prior to the reading. Typically, participants are able to share around three to five minutes of material.
On-street parking is available, and there is parking (angled spaces) in the DogStar parking lot at 331 N. Charlotte St. The venue is not an accessible space, as there are steps inside the venue separating two rooms.
